Even if some people can say that Blight feels a little dated it is still a good Farming Strategy in 3.23 especially for League start or when your build is incomplete since it could be finished relatively easy if the map layout is good and anoints are picked correctly.

Given that it's only 2 oils each, there seems to be some pretty good cheap options, and some people are struggling with blighted maps having a game plan going into them seems the way to go.
