My 2008 300C SRT8 Owners Manual states fuse #8 in the rear power distribution controls the power to the data link connector and the wireless control module (WCM) and the wireless ignition node (WIN). There is a thread at "the other site", in addition to yours, that says the same thing.

The power lock motors cannot be adjusted or repaired. If inoperative or damaged, the door latch unit must be replaced.

I guess if you have the horn set to honk on lock or unlock with the remote it will honk when you use the remote start. There isn't a separate fuse. Its operated via the cluster module behind the dash. The cluster module also operates all the door locks so its not likely to be a faulty cluster module, its more likely to be a door mechanism fault or a wire off.
