I lived in Marquis Midtown District from October 2015 to December 2021. A little over 6 years. Initially, I LOVED my apartment and the staff. However, each year the property, amenities, and experiences went downhill. Multiple staff turnover, garbage, throw-up, and other vile things in the hallways and parking garages.
