Hi, My litter robot periodically gets jammed during cycling. It used to be once in a blue moon but now it is getting up to a couple of times per week. I have cleaned it several times but it does not seem to help. I have also cycled the power to reboot it but to no avail. It would try again to cycle about 3 times then would stay stuck in that position. I looked up what those colors meant and it was giving a overload/jammed issue.If the Litter-Robot globe jams, the motor will stop and reverse for a few seconds. The unit will then try to cycle again three times. If it cannot cycle after three attempts, the globe will return to the home position, and the control panel will flash yellow and red or blue and red lights.
