No change, after pairing/activating, still get the V58 message on all channels. The key metric is signal being displayed as 100% on the TiVo - if all of the signals are showing below 100%, the SNR at higher than 35 should be acceptable. After many calls and repeating the same information to multiple people, we eventually were told to go to the xfinity store and get a new cablecard. After installing and calling up to get it paired and restarting the TiVo it now works again. The process was not painless but at least things are working again for the time being. When this happens the light stays solid green. Note: Restarting with the front button is usually useless -- you have to pull the power for say 30 seconds. Then you need to cycle the USB connection to the TiVo (or restart the TiVo) until TiVo Diagnostics says "Channel List Received: Yes".
