I use TOS on my surface pro 3 everyday while at work. I mostly Use it with mouse and keyboard, but have definitely used it without. It looks the same as it does on desktop, albeit everything is smaller, and a little more cramped on a 13" screen. But the pen is nice. screen is to small on the surface, at least mine.
