It opens properly but when I press my back hatch button on the key fob the gate will automatically lower down to the latch and makes a "click" noise but is not latching shut.

It has roughly 50k miles. - The Lift Gate - Just took the SRX in for an oil change. Once we left, we found two problems. The tire sensors were never reset and our lift gate started having problems.
