It appears on the map, but I can't seem to find it. It seems as though it's at the base of the tree at the front right in second image ...The rifle has several spawn points in Coastal, but all of which more than likely have a really significant chance penalty compared to Mystery Lake. I've found it on: 1) Dead body near Misanthrope's Cabin. 2) Back seat of the car on the highway at the edge of the map, close to Mistanthrope's Cabin.
