Panoramic WiFi router not working. Hello, so about a month and a half ago, we got internet from Cox. It worked perfectly fine up until now. The router light is blinking orange and then green then it goes back to orange and it's just like an infinite loop. I went and exchanged the router for a new one and it still doesn't work.

Cox is really pushing using their wifi setup along with their proprietary wireless boxes. Unfortunately we did not go with this solution due to the panoramic wifi router having no compatibility with our AP devices. I'm not even sure our Ring would connect to the Cox router. Hey guys, so I got Cox 2 days ago, and I have had my modem de-activate twice, asking me to activate it online and then telling me the MAC address is not approved by Cox. This is the standard Cox issued modem. Tech support is able to fix it every time but wants to charge me for a tech to come out anyway.
Quickly got set up and since then have been attempting to access the wifi.cox page, as well as the panoramic wifi app to access the parental controls. I get the same response from either: "Settings Currently Unavailable." After multiple refresh attempts, and a few unsuccessful phone and internet based support conversations, I am still at a loss.
