Darfari non-fighter thralls. I am still new to the game but I have been farming Darfari camps in hopes of getting level three Darfari armorers, blacksmiths, dancers, and cooks for my base on official. I have looked up on a few sites for the game and seem to have come up with that they only appear during a purge.

Even a tier 1 sorcerer thrall does that. All tiers of sorcerer thralls give the same benefits - spell page research. There is a chance creating a page will fail and produce a failed spell page, but apparently that is a set chance and nothing impacts it. So at the moment, higher tier sorcerer thralls are no better the the bottom tier one.In Conan Exiles a wheel of pain is a crafting station. Once the NPC is knocked out, you will need to equip ropes. The easiest to get is a Fiber Binding. You can use this to tie to the NPC. From there, you need to manually drag them back to camp. This can be a dangerous process depending on how far you are to camp, and your Thrall can be killed during transport.
Farm a few Sorcerer's Skulls (by killing Sorcerer). 8 or so should be enough, but I recommend more. Place the Skulls on the altars next to Khitan Exile caravans. You gain around 8 o- coins each. Buy a fighter Thrall from one of the Traders in said Caravan for 50 o-coins. You can get Snowhunter, who is a pretty decent Thrall.
