Why would anyone spend even a minute ranking frats at Mizzou? With the exception of one or two, they all are just awful. It's a place to go to become an alcoholic. the fact that the fraternity gpa is BELOW the all-school GPA tells you everything you need to know. It's no wonder most of my sorority sisters won't date frat guys.
