I've replaced the Thermostat, Water pump, Temp Sensor, Radiator, Radiator fan a few times in the last year, and it still overheats. It doesn't overheat where the needle goes all the way to the red "H" Line, but it waddles back and forth.I've got a 06 300 2.7 that is overheating. Water is being pushed back into the reservoir and was blowing out the weep hole . Check that the cap is securely fastened and sealing OK. If everything appears OK, then the pressure seal may have failed and the cap may need replacing.
