Both can be found pretty commonly in the experimental build, while one of them can also be found in the stable one albeit rarely. #2.Hiveless Recruit is a randomly named Generic Recruit. Slay their Princes and Elite soldiers for bounties in all major factions, or hunt down their weaker squads in the starting areas for loot and xp. Don't expect it to be easy, though. They roam a good section of the southern part of Kenshi, expect to find them wherever Hives are.
