Marathon des Sables. The Marathon des Sables is known as “the toughest race on Earth”, running with all your food and kit for 150 miles through the Sahara desert. I broke my foot on Day 5, which added to the challenge for the last couple of days. I’mve written some tips and tricks for anyone thinking of running the race here.
