Sounds like " dull metallic rubbing on something". Only does it if car hasn't been moved longer than an hour or so. Doesn't do it at any other time.

I think I found why my 2006 Honda CR-V was making noises SOLVED loose I found two (2) loose sub-frame bolts, that had backed out almost 1/2 inches !! I tightened them with a 17mm socket and sucked the sub-frame against the Frame and test drive had it driving Smoooth as silk and NO NOISES !! I'll follow-up if the noise returns.

When the car is in gear and I'm not moving the steering wheel (idle such as at stop light or a drive through) my car makes a squeaking noise if I turn the wheel it goes away but then it comes back. The sound is coming from the front of the car.

My CRV 2019 Hybrid makes the same noise since new. I have now about 40000 miles. It is only when releasing the brakes slowly at low speed. Especially when you are rolling downhill at walking speed and braking slowly it makes this noise during brake release. So it has noting to do with Brake hold or Park brake.
