I received a notice from this company Parking Revenue Recovery Services that I owe 9x the cost of what it takes to park in the lot. The notice says I failed to pay. I park there pretty consistently and I use the Laz parking app. It's possible that I didn't complete all the steps, but I have noticed the app being finicky from time to time.
