Moonveil is busted to the point of trivializing half of the game, if that sounds fun to you then go for it, otherwise you can infuse uchi with the blood slash ash and put points into arcane for a very strong almost game breaking bleed build. A lot of tough enemies get staggered by one L2+R2 and then killed by the critical hit you can follow up with, and a good number of bosses get staggered in like two or three hits from it, too.
