For me only the speaking exam's result took 3 weeks. The others were known within a week. My partner did the NT2 so it might be different, but speaking took 6 weeks for the result to come in. According to the DUO website, inburgering exams take 8 weeks. I had my speaking exam end of May, received results this week.
