Honestly, with your lenses, I would go for the K-3 III. I really imagine the K-3 III will match up pretty well versus the K-1 II. The K-1 would have a little better dynamic range at base iso and a little better high iso performance (I'm guessing the K-3 III will be improved over previous generation of APS-C cameras).
