Oathbreaker missing at Act 3. So I came in to act 3 as oath of vengeance. Back in act 1, I had broken my oath. Act 2, I had reinstated it. Act 3, I made a decision that broke my oath. There's a problem though. even though the paladin will have a debuff saying that you should go to your camp and figure this out, the oathbreaker npc never shows up.
