Short answer, Glock 48 > 43X in my opinion. It comes down to a few things. The sight radius of the 48 is easier to work with. The extra inch on the barrel makes a big difference in sight alignment. The TLR-6 has options for light only, or both light and laser. Since this combo of the non MOS 43x and the tlr-6 has been around for a while, there are plenty of readily available holsters for it. I have absolutely 0 complaints, but sometimes I would like to have something to swap it out with from time to time that's a little smaller, but still decent for bigger hands. Grab the MOS. I went in thinking I was going to leave with a 43x but couldn’t resist being able to put a red dot and streamlight. For an extra $40 it’s worth it. And only difference with non mos and mos frame is rail. 43x/48 all compatible with each other. Just to clear this up, the stock screws that ship with the 407k/507k are to long for the G43x/48 mos cut and will bind the extractor plunger even with the adapter plate.
