Had two hiccups, but I think that was due to the ammo I was using. First 100 rounds were federal American eagle 124gr, no issues.I was having similar issues with the Shield Arms Mags. Had two Gen 2 then bought a Gen 3; same issue. I replaced the recoil spring with a tungsten, light spring from Glock Store and so far, no issues after 100 rounds.
