It's just RNG and Legend Lost Sectors do not have a good drop rate. I got the boots and mantle on my first try on legend.

The extra time just isn't worth it. No need to over exaggerate mate, Before the buff to the drop rates they were 25% for Legend and Master was 33%. It's pretty much impossible you went 48 runs without a single drop, even 10 runs without a drop is very unlikely. That said I'm not 100% sure you can even get the older exotics the first time from lost sectorsI have done exactly 9 Legendary Runs yesterday and 10 Master Runs today and have not received a Single exotic.
