They been improving east hall almost every year. It's only one using keycard as room key. Some hall are built back in 1960 and still not renovated. The rating of a professor who has 50 reviews is probably much more reliable than the rating of a professor has 5 reviews. You are right to be concerned, though. Matt was a great professor - kind, easygoing, and makes sure we know what is happening in the industry. I got a good gig because he personally helped me to land a good job because of his connections. I can't say that for other professors. Professor Sosa makes the lectures very engaging. He makes the concepts easy to understand. The homework and quizzes can get a little bit overwhelming towards the end of the semester, but you have to make sure to keep up with it.
