o3 is pretty much a raid exclusive dungeon, the best way to find raids is discord. Go to the Rotmg discord see list and join any you can. Osanc is the best for learning imo because you have join a vc in which someone talks you through the run If you don like the vc stuff do runs in holy cru or null O3 discord realms I have recently stopped playing but I still follow the subreddit. It's a lot easier to use a key than to go through the the whole realm to o3 and making sure you have runes. Have be it O3's route isn't too hard now and days with realm hopping and people mowing down O1 and O2. O3 probably does take as long as Shatters, it's just 3/4 of the journey is easy content that's heavily outdated.
