This feature is a huge benefit as it can be difficult to negotiate without the help of insurance providers. Sidecar has paid all of my expenses and even more so far these 2 years. I haven't had anything more catastrophic than a two-mile ambulance ride and two bags of saline, but that was mind-bendingly expensive EVEN WITH insurance.
