I've gone through some of the cards and I gotta say it's a great deck for Micro in general. Although it may not be as high yield as step 1 decks, it's great for classes. The high yield section is straight out of UWorld for Step 3; prioritize it if you are crunched on time. The extra comes from Step 2 and other clinical decks. I don't have recommendations for time intervals or similar settings. Sorry if this isn't what you're looking for.
