Shortly after starting up the engine and 3-4 minutes of idling time, the engine just die from lack of fuel. There's no way to start it up again. If I manually dump some fuel in the carburetor it will run a bit and die again.

(an retractable ink pen will work fine with the point in) the pull the pull-rope until the piston is at the highest point.
