Also with clip and box of ammo. Also it seems that the certain weapon type zombies are tied to zombies nearby.

This is anecdotal but it seems like the gun-in-house ratio for March Ridge is much higher than other towns. I find a least a gun or ammo in 3/4 of the residential houses, even the townhomes. March Ridge can be a loot heaven. what is this game's problem with taking screenshots? Or a grave, obviously, since it's really densely populated. At the north-west edge of the town there are these building complexes that have a chance to spawn as survivor houses. That means each of the appartments in the building is a survivor house.
