Thanks for the response. The overrides were okay and I have had a look at the problem agian. The minimum line weight that is being exported in the pdfs is .083mm. Any lineweight that is below that defaults to .083mm. Thank you for the info. You are correct that my drawing is not printing as raster. Lines are vector and I am still able to snap to them in Bluebeam. However, I checked my Bluebeam PDF printer's settings and it was set to 150 dpi. After I increased the dpi to 600 the lines got much smoother and uniform.Having issues printing to pdf from revit.
