Have Carvana customer service give an exception to wave any out of network stuff and cover everything you are upset about. I had a tire that needed replaced. Silver rock would only pay for one. I contacted Carvana and they vetoed and said to replace 2 tires. Also tell Carvana that you called pep boys and they won't do the repairs that are needed.
