Not exactly sure what your asking, but I think your trying to install two separate instances of fnv for a ttw version. Ttw requires both fnv and fo3, working off of fnv's engine. You could use ttw to have access to fo3, but I'm not sure if you could make another instance of fnv. Ah sorry, that "invalidation" archive is part of another mod, ignore that. Do check if it's enabled through MO2 though, press Ctrl+P to bring up the profiles window and make sure "Automatic Archive Invalidation" is checked on whatever profile you're using (Default, I'm guessing.)
