It's possible this indicates an overall buff to rest with a nerf to sleep similar to drowsy from legends. Your team comp should have Peli + Ferro (mandatory core) + breaker + ss cleaner + bird + flex/bird. For breakers you’ve got options like Keldeo, Urshifu, Primarina, Kyurem, Volcanion, etc.
