Replaced the turn signal relay (lighting control module) with the wrong one, then replaced the turn signal switch. Same problem remained, left turn preformed flawlessly. Right turn sometimes worked correctly, sometimes hazard flashing. I found the correct lighting control module, installed it and the problem went away.
