Growth is a trap, move 4 and low initiative is what cragheart lacks. I play on the hardest difficulty and Explosive Punch is just so much better. Sentient Growth looks good, but does too little on higher difficulty. Just my opinion. Make sure to start with the Boots of Striding. Only the Brute needs these more than the Cragheart. Movement is still tight at level 1, but since you have lots of ranged attacks it should be OK. Try not to use Massive Boulder for the move unless you really have to—the top is just too good. Invest in movement and initiative as you level.

The top action does everything. I think there's one situation where Kinetic Assault is the better of the two, and that's if you're running a melee build driven by item 80 at low player count; the initiative and versatile top action are just too good for the build. But even that build wants to go back and pick up Rock Slide anyway at level 5 or 6.
