My wife learned of Mariscos el Malecon from a co-worker, who spoke highly of the ceviche. To that end, she ordered the tortilla version, instead of the traditional cocktail style. Her appraisal was modest: pico-style veggies (tomatoes, onions, etc) accompanying raw (or lightly-boiled?) shrimp: crisp, fresh and tasty.
