Yeah, I actually only do observer mode for EU4, and focus on setting up a narrative for Vic 2, then I usually heavily play Vic 2 and pick a good game/scenario to finish out in HOI4. Thats a really good way of mixing it up a little, making ur playthroughs more interesting & varied.
