I'm enjoying Fin's mod and am continually tweaking the settings to my liking. You may want to try messing the the three settings at the top of his config file. The default value for each is 1, but my understanding is the lower you set them the better the AI becomes in their reactions, time to shoot, and accuracy. Fin's AI Tweaks.
