The trick is to reinstall GShade using the DXVK Experimental option (I originally used DirectX 9). If any other GShade beginners want to know how to do that, here's how: Open the GShade Control Panel and head to Installations > Add New. Then, instead of DirectX 9 scroll down to the DXVK (Experimental) option.
