My wife's 2009 CR-V started making a loud buzzing when locked. It makes the noise whether you use the power lock button or manually flip the lock toggle. And it does not make the noise when unlocked. It also makes the buzzing when the car auto-locks after you begin driving. It's quite a loud buzzing that can be heard inside and out.
