I’d like to transition into 1811 when I go back stateside in a couple years and I’m leaning towards putting most of my efforts into HSI compared to other options.HSI most definitely has "Female Only" Announcements. There were a couple in 2021 that I applied under. Right after the announcement I spoke with someone who works for HSI and was informed that they did not they did not meet the hiring goals intended with the announcement so they would continue to put out female only announcements in the future.
