I recently unlocked challenges and saw that it 'resets number to 1' but I figured what the heck I'm still really early in the rebirths reset me. Assuming that the first challenge was meant to be done soon or shortly after unlocking it. However the later ones seem to have twists to them so I was wondering When should I be doing challenges? Just as they unlock or trying to get to a certain point ...
As the reward isn't exactly game breaking I was planning to do the basic and 24h in a row. There's a thread on kongregate where people suggest doing that after 2.5k xp earned but considering I've earned around 10k I'm not certain that's true for the current version of the game (and maybe I've simply been slow).Most people would recommend doing the challenges much later than you have been. You should be fine to ignore them for a while and just push forward gradually. Almost all challenges reset your NUMBER. Don't worry though -- you have kept everything else (Energy & Magic stats, equipment, NGU levels, Fruit, etc.). It will be very easy to get back to where you were after completing some Challenges. BTW, getting all the way to UUG without completing a single challenge is pretty hardcore! Grats! thanks
