You can add album art manually in Zune software using a jpeg of the image you want the songs to display for the Zune software/Zune device. Less likely - I can't remember what the deal was in Vista, but you may need to be logged in as the same user for the correct "music" folder to be visible to the currently logged-in user and the Zune software.
