Nov 30, 2013 · Had one last week customer just bought the home and only had a 5 year old 80% XV TRANE furnace that at some point had problems with the vent pipe and or the coil freezing up. The entire furnace has and did have moisture in it. Talk about a mess! Anyways everything was rusted and all electronics where toss. It usually occurs when the furnace tries to start in the morning (we turn it down at night since we like sleeping a little cold). Issue only occurs when the furnace is trying to start, once it is on, no issues at all until the house reaches desired temp.
