I bought the DVD on 3/21/18 stalled for 2 weeks finally put the tape in and selected Play All I watched an introduction and started the 1 mile walk. The walk is about 20 minutes, broken down to, warm-up, brisk exercise, cool down and stretching. Leslie Sansone does suggest you do it twice a day everyday for a really healthy heart.
